I became a designer because I believe that meaningful user experiences lead the path to having an impactful business outcome. I have worked with startups of all sizes to bring innovative ideas into the real world, as well as with big companies to create value with UX at scale.

I have 3 key value pillars when it comes to designing products as well as leading teams -

Be Human-to-Human | Building software is a human process. Businesses can be B2B, B2C, B2B2C, but designing for customer needs is H2H process.
Lead to empower | Be a player-coach and enable team to do it’s best work. Lead.. don’t manage
Build as a collective soul | Software is a collective soul of people who build it*. Create environment where the team of adults can Laugh together, Build together, Win together.

More About Me

I'm based in the SF Bay Area, but originally hail from a small town in India. When I'm not designing, I'm cooking. Though they sounds different worlds, these things are more alike. Designers shooting for usable is like a chef shooting for edible, to borrow from Aaron Walter. I learn as much from professional chefs as I do from professional design leaders.

First, I create a pantry before I start cooking or I start designing.

Second, I love to partner with others, whether it be on recipes or UX frameworks.

Lastly, I care deeply about serving user needs - on a plate or on a UI.
